Description: Work through personal weight loss goals with exercise and tips for success and learn Bible verses! Each week will be a different type of exercise along with learning easily remembered Bible verses for focus during personal workout times. Learn about food, fats, carbs, calories and healthy eating. 


Location: River Lake Church (RLK Auditorium)

Dates: Thursdays from 6pm to 7:30pm (Begins 4/29/21)

How Much Time Commitment is suggested outside class to maximize study – approximately 30 minutes daily
